The 5km fun walk registration forms will be available at Kibler Park Clinic, Eureka House, CJ Cronje and Region F.

The City of Johannesburg Health Department in Region F will host a 5km fun walk on Saturday, October 3, at Kibler Park, Kenneth Gardens Park (behind Kibler Park Clinic).

The idea is to promote healthy living as part of the GDS 2040 vision. Participation is free and everyone is welcome including accompanied minors, mothers with strollers and people living with disabilities.

The purpose of the walk is to motivate the community to take ownership of their health. It is also aimed at forming support groups and gym clubs.

There will be a range of activities during the day, including a fun walk, dancing, aerobics as well as medical screening tests. All participating organisations will be given stalls to promote their services.
