Thank you, WO Mashego
WO Mashego helped the Crouse family find closure.
I am writing to express our family’s sincere gratitude to WO Mashego from Moffat View SAPS.
I wanted to take the time to bring Mashego’s name to the fore and to thank him for everything he has done to put our minds at rest during a time where we did not know who to turn to or where to obtain information.
Without going into detail regarding the investigation that Mashego was involved in, he was pivotal in helping us find our missing relative, who we have been informed died in June last year.
Despite hitting the proverbial “brick wall” at each turn, I was contacted by Mashego who was proficient in communication, professional, knowledgeable, diligent and most importantly, compassionate during his investigation.
Please relay Mashego’s outstanding service to all who should be made aware of this as many other police officers could take a leaf out of his book.
One can see that he is a proud public servant and one who does not take this responsibility lightly. His humility has humbled me.
I wanted to let you know that this officer has represented Moffat View SAPS well and I truly appreciate his outstanding service in a country where we have more complaints than compliments when it comes to the SAPS.
