South Rand Hospital staff members get special treatment on health screening day, May 26.
South Rand Hospital hosted a health screening day for its employees on May 26.
Various service providers were invited to showcase their work to the employees. This included a wellness clinic, dieticians, eye testing, dental, physio, podiatrist as well as financial advisors.
Hospital spokesperson Phafudi Molapo said they are taking care of their staff members.
“We want our staff members to be in a good state so they can be productive and produce required outcome,” he said.
Mthokozisi Ntongazabo from Siyathanda Wellness Clinic said they specialise in screening tests of ovarian cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, rheumatoid arthritis and kidney function.
While Theresa Mandlate from TM Dietician talked about the balanced diet for human consumption.
