Municipal services offered at ABM office
Sizakala services offered at the South Durban Area Based Management offices.
SIZAKALA services are available to all South Durban Basin (SDB) residents at the SDB Area Based Management (ABM) office, along with the other services provided by the branch of the eThekwini municipality.
At the Merebank Community Centre principal clerk, Sbonelelo Nene and the Sizakala team taught pensioners about the services on Thursday, 3 April. “Sizakala services are another tool to reach out to the community,” said Nene.
Sizakala services offered at the SDB ABM are:
* Commissioner of Oaths.
* Municipal services fault reporting.
* Government services information, such as paralegal services.
* Municipal job application forms and Metro Beat or Easegagasini.
* IEC voter roll information.
* Municipal grant in aid forms.
* Ward profile information.
* E-careers on line job application system.
* Rates rebate application submissions.
“While the whole package of Sizakala services is not offered at the SDB offices, centres in Isipingo and Umlazi Mega City do provide all services,” said Phindile Mdletshe, Sizakala manager, South.
