THE Brighton Beach Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual offences Unit (FCS) calls for assistance in locating a man wanted for the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for 30-year-old Khetha Mlotshwa, who lives in Dunbar Road in Cato Manor for the alleged rape of a girl in her home in November 2013.
