Montclair old boys to kit up in kilts
The Natal Scottish Gathering hits Durban on Saturday, 7 June.

NEW Forest old boys will join bands from all over the country as the Natal Scottish Gathering hits Durban on Saturday, 7 June.
What started as the Durban Dancing Festival in 1946 with 10 dancers and one pipe band has developed into a cultural event of great magnitude, with numerous pipe bands, Scottish country dancers and athletic competitions.
South Durban resident and chairman of the KZN Piping and Drumming Association, Bradley Boxall, said it is an exciting event that will entertain the whole family.
It will be at the Natal Mounted Rifles headquarters in NMR Road on Saturday, 7 June and will include solo bagpiping and drumming competitions, Highland and Irish dancing competitions and a pipe band competition, finished off with a parade at around 4.30pm.
