BRIGHTON Beach SAPS’ Warrant Officer Joanna Baldeo is calling for witnesses following a hit and run on Solomon Mahlangu Drive on Sunday, 26 April.
According to reports, a white Chevrolet bakkie smashed into a red Conquest which had stopped at the intersection of Solomon Mahlangu Drive and Flower Road at about 6.20pm.
The Conquest was pushed into the centre of the intersection and the driver of the Chevrolet sped off westward. The driver of the Conquest was injured and his car was severely damaged.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information on the Chevrolet, registration ND622291, including any panel beaters, should call W/O Baldeo on 031-451-8071 or 074-807-8479.
