THREE people in as many days were mugged in the street of their valuables in the Montclair policing area.
A woman was robbed of her mobile phone, bag and cash by four armed men on Wednesday, 8 July while waiting at a bus stop on South Coast Road. The woman, who was near the railway station, was approached by four unknown men who forced her to hand over her possessions.
A day later on Thursday, 9 July, in Pendlebury Road, a 66-year-old man was robbed of his cash and on Friday, 10 July, in Starling Avenue, Yellowwood Park, a 46-year-old man, who was walking along the road had his mobile phone and cash taken from him.
No arrests have been made yet, but police are investigating.
