Fitness is a passion of hers and she spends a good time in the gym, “Since I was working hard at the gym, I thought I should work towards something that I can achieve not only in my first show but the many more to come. It’s not an easy sport put if you put your all into it I’m sure anything is possible. A lot of dedication, training and sticking to a diet is the main key,” said Williams.
She encouraged everyone to follow and live a healthy lifestyle and get some form of fitness activity during the week to keep them going.
She thanks partner Kyle Laidlaw and Angela Matthews, her personal trainer from Bluff Virgin Active, for being there for her throughout the training and prepping for the show which was an amazing experience.
