Wrap a tree in pink to spread cancer awareness
Funds raised will be used for the care and support of cancer patients.

THE Bluff, Merebank and Wentworth (BMW) cancer support group hosts a cancer awareness project specifically aimed at service delivery.
Buy pink cloth at R25 a metre to wrap around trees from Thursday, 19 September to Wednesday, 30 October. The cloth needs to be removed on Thursday, 31 October.
Funds raised will be used for the care and support of cancer patients. Services include home based care, food parcels, transport to treatment centres, accommodation during treatment in the organisation’s cancer care homes, wigs and breast prosthesis. Take a photo of the pink tree in front of your house, workplace or school and email to mmthembu@cansa.org.za to place on their Facebook page.
No branding is allowed on the tree.
