RESIDENTS should note that the municipality’s call centre phone lines have been affected and are not operating optimally.
The city is working to address the issue for the public to reach and receive the required assistance.
In the interim, water, roads and other engineering-related complaints can be logged using the city’s WhatsApp number 073-148-3477.
Complaints and queries can also be logged using the eThekwini Municipality App which can be downloaded from iOS and the Google store. For the app’s guidelines and its efficient use, visit https://bit.ly/34YF6Hk. Notifications will be circulated once the lines are restored.
