Councillor welcomes in a new year with plans to uplift Clairwood

WARD 32 PR councillor Sharmaine Sewshanker welcomes a happy and prosperous new year to residents of Clairwood.

“I’m sure that the much needed festivities, rest and time away with family and friends has allowed you time to reflect with a renewed sense of optimism for 2020. As a community we have experienced several challenges in 2019 which we have risen above and we will continue to weather any storm together this year too. We move into 2020 with a renewed sense of hope courage and confidence. Our work has been cut out as we face a by-election early this year with the resignation of ward 32 Cllr Romeo Zuma. We need to build a one SA for all and bridge the gap of inequality in our nation. Together we can be stronger. Love peace and light,” shared an optimistic and hopeful Sharmaine.
