Bless a school child through Wentworth stationery drive
Wentworth Angels has been running a stationery drive assisting single-parent households and mothers who receive grants for more than five years.
EDUCATION is fundamental in raising the future generations. That is why Wentworth Angels continues its stationery drive project to ensure that in 2020 more children are given the tools they need to etch out a bright future for themselves and others.
“Wentworth Angels has been running a stationery drive assisting single-parent households and mothers who receive grants for more than five years. All stationery lists of the parents in need have been handed to the organisation. Sponsors can contact us if they would like to bless a child. We also welcome second hand stationery in good condition to assist these children in need. There is also a great need for uniforms and school shoes in good condition to assist a child,” said Wentworth Angels founder, Tracey Williams.
Throughout the years the organisation has been able to provide children in need in Wentworth with stationery packs to help them achieve their study goals.
Wentworth Angles appeal to the public to assist with sponsorships and donations of items such as books, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, scissors, glue, sharpeners, colouring pencils and school shoes. You can back this initiative by donating stationery or uniform items to help see a child trough school this year. For information contact Tracey William on 074-703-1393.
