Witnesses to host one-day assembly
Entry is free, and no collections will be taken.
JEHOVAH’S Witnesses will hold an assembly on Sunday, 28 January at the Amanzimtoti Civic Centre.
This semi-annual event attracts witnesses and non-witnesses from Scottburgh to the Bluff.
The assembly theme is ‘Don’t give up in doing what is fine!’ and is part of the international 2017/18 circuit assembly programme. The keynote discourse is: ‘Avoid mocking God – in what sense?’
This is the first time an Afrikaans programme will be held simultaneously at the civic centre to cater for a number of Afrikaans-speaking members in this area, and the public who may prefer to hear the programme in their home language. The programme will be presented in the adjacent supper room area.
The one-day assembly plans to start at 9.40am and end at 4.15pm on Sunday. Entry is free, and no collections will be taken. Everyone is welcome to attend.
