Apply to host events during the festive season
Those who wish to host events during the festive season have until this Friday at 16:00 to apply for permission.
EVENT organisers, companies and individuals who wish to host events in the city during the festive season are invited to submit applications.
According to a statement by eThekwini Municipality, this is for event organisers to apply for permission to host events.

“Applications are for events to be hosted in the city during the festive season period from December 3 to January 31, 2024. No stage performances will be permitted along coastal areas on December 16, 25, 26 and 31, as well as January 1 to 3,” it read.
The closing date is this Friday, November 10, at 16:00.
Application forms can be obtained from and returned to the Events Management Office, The Platform, Lion Match Complex, Entrance 1, 892 Umgeni Road, Durban. Alternatively, they can be emailed to Archel.Somaroo@durban.gov.za.
