The CEO for MEG, Mzi Mngoma, spoke about the importance of compliance and organisational success factors. He testified about how he lost his first company due to not complying.
Mngoma said, “We just want to share our experience and knowledge to help others.”
The COO for MEG, Tshepang Mngoma said, “Image in marketing the brand is important.”
She highlighted the importance of good communication and team building skills in building an organisation.
