The Jabulani police conducted a crime prevention operation over the past weekend and made several arrests in Jabulani, Zola, Emndeni and Zondi.
Police spokesperson warrant officer Kay Makhubela says the arrests included possession of drugs, sexual offences, drunken driving and illegally operating shabeens.
16 individuals were arrested for being found in the possession of drugs and dealing with drugs while eight shabeen owners were arrested for operating illegally.
10 people were arrested for drunken driving, while three individuals were arrested for possession of stolen property and one suspect was arrested for sexual offence.
