Pastor Betty Glover from Noordgesig touched almost every person in the hall with her testimony, leaving people in tears.

Blessed to be a Blessing (BTBAB) on Saturday honoured women from all walks of life offering them renewed hope.

Speakers from different generations spoke to women and men on issues affecting them like substance abuse and relationships.

Pastor Betty Glover from Noordgesig touched almost every person in the hall with her testimony, leaving people in tears, giving her a standing ovation.

Lawrenzo Koeberg from BTBAB said the response from those who attended was great.

“It was more than what we expected, people are already interested in working with us.

“People left with renewed hope,” he said.

Partners of BTBAB were also present in support of the biggest yet event held by the group.

Nehemiah Recovery Group works with and assists addicts with a place to stay, Fitness Guru J is the personal trainer for BTBAB and I Free Can is similar to BTBAB.

Guests were also treated to a ‘selfie booth’ where they took photos and live entertainment.
