Drop in Eldos schools pass rate
Missouri Secondary School has a dismal 23% pass rate.
Eldomaine High School has come out tops of the eight schools in Eldorado Park and Klipspruit with a 84% pass rate.
This is the only school in the area that saw an increase in their results.
Eldorado Park Secondary School achieved a 83% pass rate, a drop from 2014’s 94%.
The most significant drop comes from Lanceavale Secondary School, their pass rate for 2015 is 77% compared to 2014’s 91%.
Kliptown Secondary School, that came third last year dropped to fourth place with 73%.
Willow Crescent School achieved 70% while Silver Oaks Secondary School got 61%.
Klipspruit West Secondary School and Missouri Secondary School, who both had new principals during 2015, were the lowest performing schools in the areas.
They had a 52% and 23% pass rate respectively.
