Residents of Dobsonville now have a Wi-Fi hotspot free to connect to at Kopanong Civic Center.
Digital ambassadors have been deployed at the civic center to help register people before they could connect to the Wi-Fi.
This means that people will be able to connect to the internet without having to pay money and even without data bundles.
Patricia Melomi (Digital Ambassador ) said people started connecting to the Wi-Fi network on June 24.
“Once registered, a person can access a lot of sites in search of information,” she said.
