The Secretary-General of African National Congress, Cde Ace Magashule today launched Mama Winnie Madikizela Mandela Murals as Walls of Remembrance at various identified sites in Soweto Township with local artists as part of the ongoing ten-day mourning period.

The Wall of Remembrance is to preserve Mama Winnie’s legacy and create her long-lasting mirror reflection amongst the people of Johannesburg, and Soweto in particular,  where she spent the better part of her life.

The launched murals by the ANC SG will see similar launches across the country initiated by ANC provincial structures.
