Constable Mahlori added that we are willing to work with you because once a case is opened and police investigate and their investigation leads them to your workshop and police find that car they can arrest you if you didn’t follow the right procedure of keeping that car in your storage.
One of the mechanic owners Sizwe Nkosi asked then what do we have to do if those people just drop that car and leave without leaving all their particulars because we all know that criminals don’t have time to register all they want is cash.
Constable Mahlori said, immediately contact the police and report so that they can attend this matter.
Captain Moyo together with constable Mahlori decided to form a group with these owners so that they can communicate better with them and inform them if something is happening.
