Eldos man sentenced to 20 years
Eldorado Park station commander Brigadier Pieter Van Dyk said that Detective Molokeng worked tirelessly to make sure that sufficient evidence was collected and presented in court for a successful conviction.

Management from the Eldorado Park SAPS would like to congratulate Detective Constable Johnny Molokeng for a job well done in a successful conviction and sentencing of an Eldorado Park male.
Eldorado Park SAPS communications officer, Constable Fezeka Khobo confirmed that the accused was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.
“He was found guilty of murder, possession of an unlicensed firearm as well as possession of ammunition,” said constable Khobo. The communications officer further explained that the accused has troubled the Eldorado Park community for a long time.

Eldorado Park station commander Brigadier Pieter Van Dyk said that Detective Molokeng worked tirelessly to make sure that sufficient evidence was collected and presented in court for a successful conviction.
“We will continue working tirelessly as the Eldorado Park SAPS to ensure the safety of our community as well the surrounding areas,” said Van Dyk.
The Brigadier also reiterated how important community involvement is.
“We need residents to work hand in hand with the police so we can combat crime together,” he said.
Residents are encouraged to make use of the nearest police station.
“We encourage everyone to report crimes as soon as they happen. We also urge our residents to actively participate in the local Community Police Forum (CPF). The Eldorado Park CPF has done tremendous work so far,” Khobo concluded.
