The search is on for Miss Teenager South Africa 2022
The reigning Miss Teenager Kayleigh Jephta shares that the pageant has motivated her to accomplish many other things.
Miss Teenager South Africa (MTSA) has officially embarked on its search for an impeccable young lady to take the helm and become an ambassador for teenagers across South Africa as they are crowned Miss Teenager 2021/2022.
The search started on August 1 where online entries were opened. The Miss Teenager South Africa Pageant prides itself in empowering teenagers (between the ages of 13-19) across the country. The organisers of the pageant aims at showcasing the diversity, intelligence and leadership skills of the teen girls.
Bongani Ncala, spokesperson for Miss Teenager South Africa said: “Emerging out of the Covid 19 pandemic environment with safety still our top priority; we are truly excited about the outstanding program we’ve prepared for the road to Miss Teenager 2022.

“We will soon be announcing various activities for our contestants and finalists which will be lined up for the coming months leading up to the finale ceremony in May next year. We have revitalised the program and are elated with this year’s roll out which will culminate into the biggest Miss Teenager South Africa to date.”
The beautiful Kayleigh Jephta who is the reigning Miss Teenager said this of the experience. “This platform allows me to learn from amazing people and grow in many different ways. Throughout my journey I’ve gained so much confidence as I continue doing things that allow me to step out of my comfort zone. After winning the competition I’ve realised that I am able and capable to do anything I put my mind to and work hard towards.
“Not only has winning made me more motivated to accomplish many other things, it’s an accomplishment that has allowed me to inspire and be proof to any young person out there that without taking a leap of faith you’ll never know what the outcome could’ve been.”
The MTSA organisation has also ensured that contestants receive enticing prizes that will also be life changing including a 100% bursary for all three winners from Boston a *7 days holidays at 3 luxury hotel suite and cash prizes of R20 000 for the winner, R15 000 for the 1st princess, R5000 for the 2nd Princess and many other prices.
The prestigious finalist ceremony will be held in Johannesburg at Emperors palace in May 2022.
