Three children dead and one suspect killed after violent Diepkloof attack
Tension gripped Zone 5 after a young woman was allegedly raped during a gang attack, prompting residents to track down the suspects themselves.
One suspect was killed, and three others apprehended following an alleged rape and violent robbery incident that left three children dead and others injured in Zone 5, Diepkloof, on December 10.
According to unconfirmed community reports, a suspected gang vandalised a Toyota Quantum before attacking and robbing young people who were attending a street bash in the area.
It is further alleged that a young woman was dragged to the sports grounds near Diepkloof Square, where she was reportedly raped and had one of her eyes gouged out.
