City Power extends grace period for penalty fees until November 30

Customers requiring assistance with re-coding or replacing their meters will still receive help beyond the initial deadline.

City Power has announced an extension of the grace period for non-payment of penalty fees until November 30.

Customers requiring assistance with re-coding or replacing their meters will still receive help beyond the initial deadline.

Technicians will be on site from November 25 to replace and install new meters.

Additionally, City Power will continue to generate the necessary codes for meter conversions, and municipal vending machines will produce key change tokens until May 31, 2025.
