Coach Nathan ‘Mourinho’ Davies attributed their success to rotating the team, making six changes, which allowed them to dominate possession with a 70/20 ratio.

This victory follows their 3-0 win against The Best of Soweto Eleven (TBSE) FC on December 6, where they showcased a stellar performance in front of many fans from Eldos.

Their first game concluded with a 3-2 win against Pimville FC.

Despite their success, coach Davies acknowledged their performance against TBSE FC was ‘lethargic and incohesive’.

However, he praised their defence, saying, “We kept a clean shape and executed offside traps well.”

Strokes assistant coach Aziza Rafferty emphasized the importance of staying confident and focused, especially as reigning champions.
