Locals explore wonders of the ocean experience

Families enjoyed the Ocean Wanders deep diving into an underwater digital world with interactive experiences designed to inspire curiosity while having a lot of fun.

The Rand Show, South Africa’s most iconic consumer show, unveiled its Ocean Wanders experience from April 17-21 at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec.

Ocean Wanders transported families into an underwater digital world with interactive exhibits, educational experiences, and marine-themed displays designed to inspire curiosity while being a lot of fun.

Dimakatso Muoe shared that her experience was amazing especially because of the marine theme.

“My children were instantly pulled in by the theme and were curious about learning and seeing everything that was offered.

Not to mention the performances, my oldest daughter loves Soweto’s Finest dance group and I must say that was also part of her favourite moments,” said Muoe.

The Kids Zone, featuring Ocean Wanders, gave little explorers an unforgettable adventure.

They got glowing-in-the-dark face painting, trampolines, play-in-the-dark golf, stage acts and entertainment, play in a soft play area, eat delicious candyfloss and more.

Families explored glowing sea tunnels, met mystical mermaids and pirates, and enjoyed hands-on underwater adventures – all included in their ticket.
