Pimville Spin Fest gives back with food donations in Soweto

Annual car-spinning festival partners with local kitchen to support Pimville Zone 4 residents with food donations and community care.

The Pimville Spin Fest team collaborated with Manjomex Kitchen to give back to their community with vegetable packs at Pimville, Soweto, on May 15.

The festival, based in Pimville, takes place annually and deals with the culture of spinning cars and entertainment.

The initiative was driven by a spirit of giving back and solidarity within the community.

The teams visited homes at Pimville Zone 4, where they donated 15 vegetable packs.

The donations consisted of personal contributions from both teams as they saw the need to give back impactfully.

Co-host at Spin Fest, Nkululeko Shongwe, said:‘’The reception was overwhelmingly positive.

Many recipients expressed gratitude and shared that the donations came at a crucial time, bringing them comfort and hope.
