Mrs eSoweto 2025 distributes oral care essentials to day care
This act of goodwill comes after the health department held outreach activities to mark Africa vaccination week which included vaccination of children from different day care Centers.
In a heartwarming display of community spirit, Mrs eSoweto distributed oral care essentials to Hlanganani Day Care in Protea South on May 27.
This follows Africa Vaccination Week, which was commemorated in April. The Gauteng Health Department conducted community outreach activities, bringing vaccination, testing, and screening services closer to the people.

“Everything I am doing is not only because of the crown that I wear, but it’s about the love that I cherish for my community.”

Yandiswa Mandonda from the Department of Health said the community was informed about the importance of vaccines.
Hlanganani Day Care principal Nombulelo Sonamzi expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the donation.
