Amapiano DJ and producer Nhlanhla Fakude, well known as DJ Stocks, has returned with his highly anticipated new EP, Let Love Bloom, which will be released on October 14.

The five-track project brings together soulful melodies, infectious rhythms and a carefully curated lineup of vocalists and collaborators.

“I have always had a passion for meaningful music that will leave the audience and listeners fulfilled. I started playing at clubs, where I would compile songs and play them at a local club where I used to be a resident DJ. Crowds received me very well, to a point where people in other provinces would call me to come and play at their events. In fact, my first trip to Durban was to go DJ,” said DJ Stocks.

He shared that when he started working on the project, he called different artists he knew, and the one common thread was that all the vocalists sang about love and spreading love. That was the message he wanted to share with listeners.

The EP is led by Lerato La MaFaratlhatlha, a collaboration with Mel Muziq featuring Goiti Levati and Buxie. The track sets the tone for the project, combining Amapiano’s rhythmic foundation with expressive vocals and a strong sense of emotion.

Let Love Bloom explores different sides of love, relationships and human connection while maintaining DJ Stocks’ signature production style.

Furthermore, the EP features artists such as Miglow, Mel Muziq, C-Moody, T-Drum, Bryson, Goitse Levati and Buxi, who add depth, talent and variety to the project.

At its core, Let Love Bloom is a celebration of love in its different forms, expressed through rhythm, melody and collaboration.

DJ Stocks uses the EP to create a musical journey that is both deeply personal and rooted in the sounds of South African Amapiano.
