Local baseball team dominates rivals
Both teams had, until the day, been unbeaten in the blue standings for the Senior Reserve baseball league.

Both teams had, until the day, been unbeaten in the blue standings for the senior reserve baseball league.
Titans took up the bat at the top of the first frame to score one run followed quickly by two runs from the Sox team.

Both sides failed to score runs in the second frame.
At the top of the third frame Titans scored three runs, including a massive home run from Gavin Barret to secure a two run lead bringing their score to four while keeping the Rams idle on two runs.

In the fourth frame, Rams secured a quick double play to put pressure on the visiting Titans.
Despite this, the Titans fought back to score four more runs.

At the bottom of the fourth frame, Titans elected for a pitching change which yielded positive results with a triple strike out.
Rams began their fight back in the fifth and six frames score two runs in each.
This, however, was no match for the onslaught from the Titans who secured the win with a final score of 11 runs to six.

Both teams will now head into the second half of the winter season where they will face the top sides from the blank standings in the same league.
