Nissan’s newly appointed DP
The Safy Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Ross Henderson to the role of dealer principal at Springs Nissan.
Ross lives in Boksburg, and joined the Nissan group with lots of enthusiasm on October 7 after returning from living in the UK.
His vision for this branch is to become the number one dealership on the East Rand.
“I believe if you lead by example your staff will follow,” says Ross.
“It is all about coaching, developing and striving.”
He has a proven track record in automotive retail and service in terms of experience, skill and knowledge gained both in the UK and South Africa over the past 20 years.
Having worked in the UK for over a decade, where he held general manager positions, he will relish this exciting opportunity to lead Springs Nissan and the team into a new phase of growth and development.
He believes it is all about going back to basics, giving the customer a great experience and motivating his staff, and these are the goals he will be striving for over the next 12 months.
Ross says people forget about appreciating the customer.
“We want to give our customers the wow factor, which is also part of our vision,” adds Ross.
