Grandfather Raymond Michael Lionel Erasmus was born on October 1958.
“I was born on the same day as my father in 1979 on his 21st birthday,” says Raymond Clinton Erasmus junior.
After waiting for 10 years to fall pregnant, the Erasmus couple decided to adopt.
Two years after the adoption they couple fell pregnant and Nicholaas Michael Erasmus was born on his father’s 34th birthday.
Raymond junior adds the doctor’s scheduled date of birth for Nicholas was October 30, but he was born on October 24, 2013.
“My father has done some research and discovered that only 14% of the people in the world are born on the exact date,” he adds.
It is obviously a rare phenomenon, but a special day with tripple celebrations for the Erasmus family.
