Twins’ father dies in hospital
The father of the twins who died allegedly of poisoning, has also died.

On the day of the Duduza six-year-old twins, Itumeleng and Tumelo’s funeral, their father who allegedly fed them poison, died at Pholosong Hospital.
According to Springs police spokesman Captain Johannes Ramphora, the father ran away after giving poison to his little girl and boy allegedly with the intention to kill them, however, he was arrested in the North West a few days after the incident.
The father was in the Duduza police holding cells when he fell sick and was taken to Pholosong Hospital for treatment.
“He was under police guard and was going to face a murder charge as soon as he was discharged,” said Ramphora.
He said the father, however, would not be able to face the charge laid against him as he died on July 24, the day of the twins’ funeral.
The father was buried on Saturday.
