Still time to apply for admission to public schools

In an effort to plan and procure school materials such as books, stationery, desks and chairs, in accordance with the total number of learners in their system, parents are urged to apply by Wednesday, if they still wish to secure space for their children at public schools.

The department will not be processing any admissions in January, as teaching and learning will commence on the first day of schooling.
