As vote counting continues in the 2026 Local Government Elections, emerging results from four Springs wards show how political parties are currently performing in their respective areas.
According to the IEC’s results website, the DA currently has the highest votes share in three wards while the ANC leads Ward 74.

ANC – 19.67%
Ward 74:
ANC – 29.87%
DA – 21.38%
Action SA – 15.11%
Ward 75:
DA – 51.36%
ANC – 13.34%
VF Plus – 12.78%
Ward 76:
DA – 51.74%
VF Plus – 15.44%
Action SA – 13.59%
The figures are subject to change as more votes are counted. The final election results will be announced on November 8.
