DOWNLOAD: Metro provides damage claim form for residents after power outages
Residents of Dal Fouche and surrounding areas have been at the receiving end of numerous power cuts over the past few days.
Furious residents have contacted the Advertiser for answers and many have sustained damages due to the regular power outages.
While in contact with the Ekurhuleni Metro as to what the cause of the outages was, they have sent through a public liability claim form.
“In order for the insurance section to respond to the progress of any claim, the name of the complainant, where the incident took place or at least a claim number needs to be provided,” says Themba Gadebe.
“If a claim has not yet been submitted, a liability claim form must be completed,” he adds.
