A late-night robbery at a Strubenvale company last Tuesday evening resulted in the company losing R1 900.
The two security guards on duty were confronted by three suspects who were each carrying a firearm.
The suspects pushed the victims into a back room where two other employees were sleeping and took their cellphones and a DVD player.
The suspects tied up all the victims with cable ties before fleeing on foot.
One of the victims managed to free himself and pressed the panic button.
No shots were fired.
It is believed the suspects gained entry through the fence at the back of the premises.
