The Cassedale CPsF on Sunday donated goods to the residents of Jerigo Oord in Eloff.

André van Heerden, the CPsF chairperson, says he hopes this will be the start of a year-long project.

The residents take turns to cook their meals in this kitchen.

“We went to visit the haven and we were impressed with how the residents look after themselves and each other.

“If we as Casseldale CPsF can bring some hope, supplies and relief, then we have done great work.

“Today we gave clothes, food and toys to the children,” says van Heerden.
