Sewage problem remains in Strubenvale
The smell from the sewage is unbearable for residents.
Residents in Strubenvale say Lewis Avenue periodically floods with sewage and they say the smell is unbearable.
Strubenvale Ext CPF chairperson Frik Grobbler says they have reported the matter numerous times to no avail.
“Nothing has been done. Yet if you check on the reference number, it is marked as closed,” says Grobbler.
The metro failed to respond in time for publication.
