The George Sutter Park is not being cleaned and has become a refuge for vagrants.
This is according to concerned residents, who complain refuse is piling up in the park.

Resident Petrus Gerber told the Advertiser the park hasn’t been cleaned in months.

“People sit around the park drinking and partying, and they even chopped down one of the trees to use as firewood,” he said.
