Gold One making a difference

There 48 beneficiaries, 19 of which were female.

Gold One issued certificates to residents who completed courses provided by the company on Friday morning.
The company provided courses in fiber optics, basic plumbing, diesel mechanics, petrol mechanics, carpentry and baking.
The aim is to uplift the community and provide residents with the tools to improve their lives and potentially start their own businesses.

There were 48 beneficiaries, 19 of which were female.
“I am so grateful for Gold One in providing us with this opportunity. Some members of the community were giving up hope in improving their lives, and this will definitely give many hope,” said Zama Mathenjwa, who received a certificate in baking.
Mathenjwa plans to use her newly acquired skills to begin her own baking business.
