Senior citizens celebrate Christmas in July
The annual event has club members gathering and celebrating with good food and music.
The Springs Senior Citizens’ Club held its annual Christmas in July recently.
The event had a great turnout as the club members gathered to socialise.
They enjoyed food and drinks, and Jimmy McCullough and Dermot Connors serenaded the group with traditional Christmas carols.
They gave Anne and John Traynor an honorary mention as they had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary recently.
They also handed honorary membership certificates to club members over the age of 90.
