Springs Striders gear up for another week of running
The club gathers every Tuesday to run.

The Springs Striders Athletics Club held their weekly time trials on Tuesday. The running group is comprised of young and old athletes running for fun or training professionally.

Striders Athletics Club participate in a weekly run and cycle challenge.
Secretary for the club, Kim Westley, says the times are changing as they gear up for winter. As of May 6, the club will start their runs at 17:30.
“Wear something reflective along with a head torch as it is getting darker.”
Participants meet at the River Field Shopping Centre by the car wash.
