City addresses maintenance at cemeteries
Residents are urged to be patient as this mammoth task is tackled.
The CoE is channelling additional resources towards addressing grass cutting, weed removal and tree pruning at cemeteries following recent rains.
This is done with the appreciation that cemeteries are meant to be a final peaceful resting place for loved ones and must be well maintained and afforded the necessary recognition.
The public is urged to be patient while extensive work is undertaken on the cemeteries.
Should the public experience challenges while visiting the city’s cemeteries, they are encouraged to contact the service delivery call centre on 0860 543 000 so that these are attended to.
