Karate club offers self-defence classes for women
The African Shotokan Karate-Do Federation offers four self-defence classes a week.
The African Shotokan Karate-Do Federation in Selcourt plan to make self-defence classes a priority.
Shihan Michael Cindi saw the need to train women to defend themselves.
According to Michael, their federation is against women and children abuse. He emphasises the importance of women knowing how to defend themselves.
Michaels’ self-defence classes will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 16:00 and Saturdays and Sundays at 08:00.
