Pinegrover is top in maths

A Grade Seven learner from Pinegrove Primary, Lungile Dlalani recently received trophies that he won at the 2024 Gibela Wesolve4x Maths Competition.

The Gibela Wesolve4x Maths Competition is an inter-school math competition for Grade Six learners that consists of multiple-choice questions in algebra, geometry, and number theory.

The first round took place on October 5 where Lungile did well and qualified for the final round.

The final round was held on November 2 at Nigel Primary School.

Here Lungile did just as well and obtained 93%. He placed second out of 236 other learners.
