Outage alert: Urgent maintenance work to disrupt power supply in Springs

City of Ekurhuleni and Eskom technicians will be conducting urgent major maintenance work on electrical components supplying power to some areas in Springs today (Friday) from 08:00 to 16:00.

The power supply interruption will affect customers in residential and industrial areas.

Businesses and suburbs to be affected include PFG, Mpact, Grundle, Isover, Huhtamaki, Rietfontein Water Reservoir, New Era Industries, Krugersrus, Reedville, Wright Park, Fulcrum, Payneville, Dal Fouche, Pollak Park, Fibreglass, and Springs Industrial Substation.

Customers are advised to treat electrical networks as live while work is ongoing.
