Springs Striders record new milestones following weekly time trial
Springs Striders is welcoming everyone to their weekly 4km or 8km walks and runs designed to get their community active and social.
Springs Striders and the local community laced up their running shoes to take part in the club’s popular weekly time trials on September 30.
The time trials are fun, inclusive events featuring a 4km or 8km walk or run. The action takes place every Tuesday at 17:45 from the Riverfield Shopping Centre in Petersfield.
From young athletes to seasoned runners and casual walkers, the time trials bring the community together each week. It’s not just about exercise – it’s about building friendships, staying active and enjoying fresh air.
“Once again we are amazed by the talent and growth week on week. We are also celebrating a few personal records and a new women’s course record,” said club member Nico De Nysschen.
